Brand Terms of Service

1. The service

Zeny connects your brand with creators who produce video advertisements for your products. You publish programs; creators submit videos; you review and approve them.

2. Programs and commissions

  • You set the commission rate or flat fee for each program before publishing it.
  • Approved videos may be used in your advertising under the terms of the program.
  • Commissions accrue on attributed sales as measured by the platform pixel.

3. Fees

The platform charges a take rate on attributed sales. The current rate is shown in your billing settings before you connect a payment method.

4. Content rights

On approval, you receive the usage rights defined by the program. Creators keep authorship credit. Denied content stays with the creator.

5. Payment

Billing cycles close monthly. You authorize the platform to charge your saved payment method for accrued commissions and fees.

6. Acceptable use

No misleading claims, no prohibited product categories, no attempts to move attributed transactions off-platform.

7. Termination

Either side may close the account. Accrued obligations survive termination.
