1. The service

Zeny lets you make video advertisements for brands and earn a commission on the sales your videos drive.

2. Your content

• You confirm that everything you upload is your own work and does not infringe anyone's rights.
• When a brand approves a video, the brand receives the usage rights defined by the program.
• Denied videos remain yours.

3. Earnings

• Commissions accrue when a sale is attributed to your video.
• Refunded or cancelled orders claw back the matching commission.
• Balances become payable per the payout schedule and are withdrawn to your connected payout account.

4. Honest work

No purchased engagement, no misrepresenting products, no artificial transactions. Fraud forfeits unpaid earnings and closes the account.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. The platform provides earning statements.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time once pending payouts settle.
